Nicole focuses her practice on commercial transactions and general business and franchise law. She emphasizes unparalleled client care and precision in representing business owners, both small and large, from simple to complex transactions. Her franchise experience spans from advising prospective franchisees on purchase decisions and negotiations to corporate formation to representing emerging franchisors in all stages of development from drafting and updating Franchise Disclosure Documents to regulatory compliance.

Nicole received her law degree from Rutgers Camden School of Law where she served as Associate Managing Editor and the Formal Editor of the Journal of Law and Religion. While in law school, Nicole sharpened her legal skills by interning with the Rutgers Domestic Violence Program where she assisted pro se litigants in navigating the judicial system.

Prior to attending law school, Nicole completed a year of service with the Americorps program City Year Greater Philadelphia. Nicole received a Bachelor's Degree from Bucknell University where she majored in International Relations and Russian, and minored in Economics. While at Bucknell, Nicole was a Varsity member of the Women's Crew Team.

Nicole is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and represents and counsels clients throughout the United States.
