Robert G. Federici is a licensed New York attorney and will serve as Of Counsel to the firm, focusing on general business consulting and estate planning. Mr. Federici began his career with the law firm of Davidoff and Malito LLP, one of the premier lobbying firms in New York. In 1995, he began a private law firm, and since that time, has acted as general and lead counsel to a wide range of private and public corporations to ensure compliance on all legal, regulatory and administrative matters. Over the years, Mr. Federici has played an integral role in developing strategies for corporate growth, including analyzing acquisition candidates and coordinated the related due diligence activities. Mr. Federici also currently serves as a member and Managing Director of Hudson Wealth Management LLC, located in Red Bank New Jersey. |
